About the Role
We're looking for a motivated and curious Junior Dental Technician to join our team. This isn't just an entry-level position, it's a launchpad. You'll be learning hands-on from experienced technicians across multiple departments, building skills that can take your career in several directions. What You'll Be Doing
Assisting senior technicians in the fabrication of dental restorations (crowns, bridges, veneers, implant components, and more)
Learning department workflows across different specializations within the lab
Handling and organizing materials, models, and cases with care and attention to detail
Following lab protocols for quality, safety, and turnaround timelines
Contributing to a collaborative team environment
What We're Looking For
A genuine eagerness to learn and develop professionally
Strong attention to detail and a steady hand
Positive attitude and willingness to take direction
Ability to work in a focused, production-oriented environment
Previous dental lab experience or relevant schooling is a plus, but not required if you're the right fit
