Job Description
Looking to hire an outgoing and dependable Dental Front Office Administrator! Our ideal candidate will have friendly customer service skills, experience with processing insurance claims and patient billing.
We are a small start-up private office with a mission to provide the gold standard of care in a relaxing environment.
We offer paid Holidays, Sick Leave, and Vacation days along with an employee discount.
Schedule
Monday 10am-7pm
Tuesday 10am-7pm
Wednesdays 8:30am-4:30pm
Thursday 8:30am-4:30pm
Friday 8:30am-2pm
Responsibilities
Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service and guiding them through check-in and check-out procedures
Schedule patient appointments efficiently using OpenDental.
Must be reliable and organized.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about our dental services.
Verify insurance coverage and process claims.
Collect payments and maintain accurate financial records.
Qualifications
- at least 1-2 years of experience working the front desk of a dental office
- Full-time only
- Ability to speak other languages is a plus.
Start date July 13.
Pay: $22.00 - $30.65 per hour
