Dental Greetings is a general dental practice located at Virginia in the north side of Brisbane. We are looking for a dental assistant/recpetionost who has excellent work ethics and verbal communication.
We are a closely knitted team who truly cares about our patients and we heavily focus on delivering the best patient experience. We are hoping to find someone with similar core values.
The position is required for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday as a must and potential to increase in the future as well.
Experience would be ideal however we are happy to provide training for the right staff who has a great attitude to learn.
The primary role involves:
- Booking patients
- Answering phone calls
- Engaging with patients
- Organizing appointment books
The secondary role involves:
- Chair-side assisting
- Instrument sterilization
- Shared in-house duties (maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the clinic)
- Occasional lab work
The successful candidate must have:
- Excellent verbal communication and phone manner
- Great work ethics and arrives on time
- Attention to details, empathetic and honest
- Good at handling stress and able to multitask/prioritize tasks at hand
