Job Summary:


As Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies and solutions that produce high-quality leads. With a solid background in Marketing automation, the ideal candidate will also have a proven track record of creating, implementing and optimizing campaigns across all channels.


Essential Functions:


Campaign Strategy and Execution:

Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across multiple channels, including email, SMS, social media, PPC, and more.
Utilize marketing automation platforms to design and manage workflows, lead scoring, and nurturing programs.
Technical Lead Generation:

Implement marketing automation solutions to execute and track campaigns.
Use CRM systems (e.g., PipeDrive, Hubspot, Salesforce) to manage lead data, track campaign performance, and ensure seamless integration between marketing and sales.
Data Analysis and Optimization:

Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) to measure effectiveness and ROI.
Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign elements.
Platform Management:

Oversee the implementation and management of various marketing platforms, including email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Sakari etc, Intercom), social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite), and PPC platforms (e.g., Gartner, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Ensure data integrity and proper tracking through tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager) and tracking pixels.
Content and SEO Strategy:

Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that drives organic traffic and generates leads.
Utilize SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs) to conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines.
Lead Management and Segmentation:

Implement lead scoring models to prioritize leads based on engagement and fit.
Segment leads and create targeted marketing campaigns to nurture them through the sales funnel.
Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead quality, lead handoff processes, and feedback loops.
