We’re looking for someone to help build the marketing engine that turns our expertise into awareness, trust, and qualified demand for Intrigue.

This is not a client-facing agency role. You won’t be managing marketing for landscape companies. You’ll be responsible for helping market Intrigue.

This is a demanding role with high expectations. You’ll have a great deal of autonomy, but autonomy here comes with accountability. We trust people to use good judgment, take ownership, follow through, and continuously improve. You’ll receive feedback, you’ll be expected to learn quickly, and you’ll often be asked to solve problems that don’t yet have a playbook.

If you’re looking for a predictable marketing job with clearly defined processes and detailed instructions, this probably isn’t the right fit.
Success in this role isn’t measured by how much content you produce. It’s measured by whether more of the right people discover Intrigue because of your work.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who can take raw ideas and turn them into powerful marketing that commands attention, earns trust, and drives real business growth.

You’ll bring experience with:
Creating native content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital channels
Hands-on video editing (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, Riverside, or similar): short-form, podcast clips, audiograms, testimonials, event recaps
Creating social graphics, lead magnets, marketing collateral, and other creative assets using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
Writing and storytelling across long- and short-form content: hooks, captions, and copy that fit the platform and the audience
A working understanding of how channel activity drives awareness, engagement, and leads
Content marketing, demand generation, audience growth, brand building, and lead generation
Developing creative for paid advertising campaigns
Assets
Experience producing paid-ad creative and multiple variations from one brief
B2B or business-owner audiences; home services, trades, or landscaping
Podcast production, event marketing, photography/videography
Comfort on camera
Social scheduling and analytics tools, and email platforms

Success in this role is driven by your ability to consistently turn ideas into content that attracts, engages, and builds trust with landscape business owners.

Your First 90 Days

Success means quickly understanding our audience, internalizing our brand voice, and taking ownership of recurring content initiatives. You demonstrate momentum by shipping consistently, applying feedback, and contributing content that aligns with our standards and resonates with the right audience.

Your First 12 Months

Success means becoming a reliable driver of demand generation. You consistently produce high-quality content that expands our reach, strengthens our brand, and supports lead generation efforts. You identify opportunities to improve performance, contribute to more efficient content systems, and play a meaningful role in growing our audience, podcast reach, and overall impact.
