Key Responsibilities

Order Delivery:
• Pick up and deliver orders within the assigned area.
• Ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
• Handle products safely during transportation.
• Verify customer address and contact details before delivery.

Customer Service
• Maintain good coordination with customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction during delivery.
• Handle customer queries related to delivery.

Cash & Record Management
• Collect Cash on Delivery (COD) payments when required.
• Maintain delivery records.
• Update delivery status accurately.

Safety & Compliance
• Follow traffic rules and safety guidelines.
• Ensure safe driving practices.
• Maintain responsible behaviour while delivering orders.

Education

Job Requirements:
• 10th Pass or Below 10th.
