Overview
As a Delivery and Merchandising (Florals) - Delivery Merchandiser, you will play a vital role in ensuring our beautiful floral products reach customers promptly and are displayed attractively. This energetic position combines route driving, customer service, and merchandising to support our commitment to quality and freshness. You will be responsible for delivering floral arrangements efficiently while maintaining excellent communication with clients and team members.
Delivery & Merchandising Specialist (Floral Products)
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Delivery & Merchandising Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering fresh floral products and creating visually appealing retail displays that drive sales and enhance the customer experience. If you enjoy working independently, have a strong eye for presentation, and take pride in delivering excellent service, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily orders and invoices accurately
Load and organize products in an insulated cargo van
Deliver floral products to assigned retail locations
Merchandise displays to ensure they are clean, full, and visually appealing
Maintain store standards and optimize product presentation to support sales growth
Build positive relationships with in-store personnel
Work efficiently and independently to complete daily routes
What We’re Looking For
Valid Class G driver’s license/ Class 5 (clean driving record required) with at least 3 years of independent driving experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in delivery, retail, merchandising, or customer service
Strong attention to detail and a good eye for visual presentation
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Comfortable interacting in a retail environment
English and French Required
Summer Students looking to gain experience in regional sales management, marketing, merchandising and basic business deployment
Work Schedule
Early morning start, 4 to 5 shifts per week
One to two weekend shifts per month (Saturday Schedule known well in advance)
Overtime pay during Mother's Day - start your summers off with more hours before settling into a steady Monday to Friday schedule
