About Euro Style Design
Euro Style Design is an established Montréal furniture retailer with more than 20 years of experience. Our 15,000-square-foot Dorval showroom specializes in European furniture, custom wall units, wardrobes, walk-in closets, Murphy beds, bedroom systems, sofas, dining furniture, and complete interior furnishing solutions.
We are looking for a reliable, energetic, physically strong, and hands-on person to join our operations team.
This position combines work in our showroom and warehouse with furniture delivery, assembly, and installation at customers’ homes. The successful candidate will help prepare furniture, maintain showroom displays, receive merchandise, organize customer orders, and complete professional deliveries and installations.

Main ResponsibilitiesShowroom and Warehouse Operations
Receive, inspect, unload, and organize incoming furniture
Assist with unloading containers and supplier deliveries
Verify products against invoices, packing lists, and customer orders
Inspect furniture for damage, missing components, or manufacturing concerns
Assemble and install furniture displays inside the showroom
Move, reposition, and replace showroom floor models
Maintain showroom displays in clean and presentable condition
Prepare sold furniture and customer orders for delivery or pickup
Wrap and protect furniture before transportation
Organize furniture, hardware, tools, and packaging materials
Assist customers who are collecting furniture from the store
Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized showroom, warehouse, loading area, and delivery vehicle
Complete minor furniture adjustments and repairs when required
Support the sales and design teams with product measurements, display changes, and technical questions
Delivery, Assembly, and Installation
Review delivery documents, installation plans, and customer instructions
Inspect each order before loading
Load and secure furniture safely inside the company delivery vehicle
Deliver furniture to customers throughout Greater Montréal and surrounding areas
Protect floors, walls, doors, elevators, and customer property during delivery
Unpack and inspect furniture at the customer’s location
Assemble beds, wardrobes, dining tables, chairs, sofas, cabinets, wall units, and other furniture
Install selected wall-mounted or custom furniture components
Use appropriate anchors, hardware, and installation techniques
Level, align, adjust, and test furniture after assembly
Coordinate installation details with customers, contractors, and the Euro Style Design office
Remove packaging and leave the work area clean
Take delivery and installation photographs when required
Obtain customer signatures and complete delivery documentation
Report damages, missing parts, access problems, or installation concerns immediately
Maintain company tools, equipment, and delivery vehicles
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who:
Is dependable, punctual, responsible, and organized
Is energetic and comfortable with physically demanding work
Can safely lift and carry heavy or oversized furniture as part of a team
Has strong practical, mechanical, and handyman skills
Is comfortable using hand tools and power tools
Can take accurate measurements and follow technical instructions
Pays close attention to furniture finishes and customer property
Can identify problems and develop practical solutions
Works efficiently without sacrificing quality
Communicates professionally with customers and colleagues
Can work independently and as part of a team
Is interested in stable, long-term employment
Wants to learn new skills and advance within the company
Requirements
Valid driver’s licence
Safe and responsible driving history
Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the day
Ability to lift and carry heavy furniture with another team member
Basic experience in furniture assembly, installation, construction, renovation, maintenance, moving, warehousing, or another hands-on field
Ability to use drills, levels, measuring tools, hand tools, and power tools safely
Functional French or English for workplace and customer communication
Authorization to work legally in Canada
Availability for early starts and changing delivery schedules
Availability to work Saturdays when scheduled
Professional appearance and respectful customer-service attitude
Previous professional furniture delivery or installation experience is an asset, but it is not mandatory. Euro Style Design will provide training to a candidate who demonstrates reliability, practical ability, physical capability, and a strong willingness to learn.
