About the Role
The Delivery Excellence Lead is responsible for managing clients and teams across the West region, ensuring seamless delivery of security monitoring and incident response services. This role involves developing strategic plans to drive improvement in security operations, as well as analysing industry trends and recommending services or products to address emerging threats.
Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of security analysts and incident handlers, providing guidance on processes, procedures, and incident response.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve security operations, including process optimisation and incident response times.
• Analyse industry trends and identify emerging security threats, recommending services or products to address these threats.
• Communicate security concepts to both technical and non-technical individuals, using various mediums such as training and documentation.
