Delivery Driver

Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Delivery Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods from our London warehouse to various locations across London, ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires excellent communication skills and time management skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivery driving.

Duties

Operate a car to deliver goods to designated locations efficiently and safely. You must provide your own vehicle.
Load and unload items, ensuring that all deliveries are completed according to schedule.
Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any discrepancies or damages.
Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including inventory management and organisation of goods.
Experience

Previous experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred.
Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety protocols is essential.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate clearly with team members and customers.
A valid driving licence appropriate for the vehicle being operated is necessary, along with a clean driving record.
