Super Driver
Reports To: Logistics Manager, Logistics Supervisor
Job Status: Full time, permanent (40 hours per week)
Work Hours: Morning: Monday to Friday 6AM - 2PM OR Afternoon: Tuesday to Friday 10AM-8PM
Work Location: On-site, Saulter Street South
Compensation: $21.00/hour
The Position
As a member of the Logistics team, the Super Driver ensures that all deliveries depart on time and arrive at their destinations on schedule, while adhering to the highest possible health and safety standards. As the face of the company, you act as brand ambassadors to all clients, parents, the public and fellow drivers.
Key Responsibilities
Deliveries & Customer Service
Load vans according to delivery manifests, assisting fellow drivers as needed.
Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.
Complete deliveries accurately, following all service steps and special instructions.
Communicate any issues or route changes to the Logistics Lead.
Uphold RFRK’s Customer Service Standards in all interactions.
Support & Logistics
Assist with dispatch by resolving issues or helping other drivers complete deliveries.
