Job Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Delivery Center Lead. You will play a key role in driving our operational plans, managing shifts, and supporting the DC manager.
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
• Drive business growth through strategic account planning and partnership development.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Channel partners/stores.
• Conduct targeted store visits to identify areas for improvement.
• Deliver training and coaching to teams on Amazon processes and products.
Requirements:
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
