Responsibilities:
• Deliver food orders to customers within the designated area.
• Ensure all deliveries are made on time and in good condition.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding their orders.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and payments.
• Follow traffic rules and practice safe driving.
• Keep your delivery vehicle (bike or cycle) clean and well-maintained.
• Report any delivery issues or customer feedback to management.
• Adhere to Zomato’s policies and operational procedures.
• Manage time efficiently to meet delivery schedules.
• Assist in other tasks as required by management.
