As a Delivery Boy, you will be responsible for the timely distribution of medicines and other products to our customers. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our deliveries are made efficiently and that customer satisfaction is maintained. You will represent Absolute Distribution Solutions in a professional manner, enhancing our company’s reputation and profitability. Responsibilities:
• Deliver medicines to various addresses using designated routes for Absolute Distribution Solutions.
• Follow scheduled routes and delivery times meticulously to ensure timely service.
• Collect payments from clients upon delivery and ensure accurate record-keeping.Ask for feedback on services rendered and promptly resolve any client complaints.
• Maintain delivery records and reports accurately for Absolute Distribution Solutions.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean and well-maintained.
• Communicate effectively with the operations team regarding delivery issues.
• Adhere to traffic regulations and maintain a safe driving record.
• Support team members in achieving overall delivery targets.
• Represent Absolute Distribution Solutions positively in all interactions.
Requirements:
• Proven working experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role with Absolute Distribution Solutions.
• Valid professional driver’s license is mandatory.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good driving record with no traffic violations.
• Ability to communicate effectively and politely with customers.
• Basic knowledge of the local area and routes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to handle payments and receipts accurately for Absolute Distribution Solutions.
