Key Responsibilities
Pick up and deliver courier parcels to customers within assigned areas.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of packages.
Verify recipient details and obtain proof of delivery (signature or OTP).
Handle parcels with care to avoid damage or loss.
Collect cash payments (if applicable) and submit them as per company policy.
Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules.
Maintain professional behavior with customers.
Report delivery issues, delays, or customer concerns to the supervisor.
Keep the delivery vehicle clean and in good condition.
Follow all traffic rules and company safety guidelines.
