POSITION OVERVIEW -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We are looking for energetic, punctual, and customer-focused Delivery Executives to join our fast-growing quick-commerce fulfillment network. As a Blinkit Delivery Partner, your primary responsibility will be to ensure safe, swift, and accurate doorstep delivery of groceries and daily essentials to customers in blinkit stores -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- • Order Pickup & Delivery: Promptly receive grocery orders from designated Blinkit store hubs and deliver them efficiently to customer residences. • Product Care: Ensure all customer items, including fresh produce and fragile goods, are handled safely during transit. • Navigation & Safety: Strictly follow local traffic regulations, practice safe driving techniques, and utilize GPS navigation for accurate routes. • Customer Interaction: Provide professional, courteous, and high-quality doorstep customer service during drop-offs. • App Operation: Use the Blinkit Partner Mobile Application to track daily orders, monitor earnings, and log shift check-ins/check-outs. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3. ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- • Age Limit: Must be at least 18 years of age or older. • Education: Open to all candidates (No minimum educational degree required). • Vehicle Ownership: Must own or have access to a Two-Wheeler (Motorcycle / Scooter / Electric Scooter) or Bicycle. • Smartphone: Must possess an Android Smartphone with an active internet connection. • Mandatory Documents Required: - Valid Driving License (Mandatory for Two-Wheeler / Motorized vehicles) - Aadhaar Card (For ID & Verification) - PAN Card - Active Bank Account Details (For weekly direct earnings payouts) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 4.
