Job Description
Delivery Associate
• Deliver the product from outlet to customer's home
• Serve customers with zeal and enthusiasm
• Business Associates can work in shifts ranging from 3 hours to 8 hours.
However, will be paid based on deliveries done by Business Associates (Delivery Riders)– 8 Hours maximum Incentives are operational calls and are paid along with the salary. Incentives are extended during festivals season ONLY Business Associates are paid weekly (every Tuesday) Working Days in a week / 1 day weekly Off barring Saturday & Sunday Note– We provide company Bike and Petrol for Delivery and if a delivery Associate uses his bike for delivery, he will get 15 INR per Delivery Run Guest Delight Associates
• Handle in restaurant operations
• Service Customers with Zeal and Enthusiasm
• Should be able to speak and connect with customers
• Salary would be paid monthly.
• Minimum 3 Hours and up to 8 working hours.
+ Hours Shift - 6 Working Days in a week / 1 day weekly Off barring Saturday & Sunday
• Per Hour Earning for Team Members working inside the Store
• Incentives are operational calls and are paid along with the salary.
