Job Summary
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced attorneys to join our team as Complex Litigation Attorneys. We are seeking individuals with 2-8 years of litigation experience, preferably in general liability, personal injury, transportation, and catastrophic injury cases.
Key Responsibilities
Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end.
Work closely and collaborate with other attorneys and partners.
Regular trial preparation, investigation, court appearances, mediations, and depositions.
Communicate with clients and provide reports.
Qualifications
Must have a JD from an accredited law school.
Must be admitted to practice law in California and be a good standing member of the CA Bar.
Must have 2-8 years of defense litigation experience.
Experience with defending Personal Injury, General Liability, Catastrophic Injury, Transportation, and other civil litigation matters preferred.
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Client-facing experience preferred.
Must have the ability to integrate into a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Legal project management experience is a plus.
