Deck / Stew

We’re looking for an experienced Female Deck/Stew to join a 50m private/light charter yacht in a predominantly deck-focused role.

Requirements:

1–2 seasons’ experience (Deck/Stew background preferred)
B1/B2 Visa essential
Confident tender driving experience preferred
Dinghy sailing experience is a bonus
The Role:

Primarily deck duties with support to the interior during busy charters, guest events, and cabin turnovers.
Fantastic opportunity to develop your deck career with in-house training, including bridge watchkeeping.
Package:

Salary: USD DOE
Rotation: 5:1

13th month bonus

USA itinerary
Heavy watersports programme and plenty of tender driving
