Position Overview
Job Title - DCO - Divisional Risk and Control Analyst
Location - Mumbai
Role Description
Divisional Control Office (DCO) is responsible for supporting the business by developing,
implementing and maintaining a risk framework to ensure a strong and sustainable business control environment whilst minimizing risk arising from non-financial risk factors.
Risk management includes creation of controls for different risk types and an environment which implements the Controls and report their efficiency through quantification. Candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand the bank’s requirement and develop a framework that will automate the implementation of controls using our core programming tech stack.

Your Key Responsibilities
• Have a working knowledge of non-financial risk framework and controls
• Work with control owners to understand their problem statement
• Design and develop Python framework to automate the end-to-end control process
• Write code in Python as your programming language
• Write efficient and complex database queries in Oracle DBMS
• Optimize database queries to handle the large amount of data
• Test your code and queries from end-to-end
• Own and help run the system designed for control framework
• Documentation of the whole environment created which can be used for audit
Your Skills And Experience
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Able to design solutions for business problem statements
• Experience of 1-4 years in any programming language, preferably Python
• Experience of 1-4 years with any database management system
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Elementary understanding to work with excel
• Basic experience in any JAVA UI framework is a plus
