Location: 11618 Valley Ridge Golf Course--Valley Ridge Golf Course
Shifts: Daytime -Weekdays & Weekends
About the Role: We’re looking for a friendly, experienced, and professional Restaurant Server to join our team at The Mulligans Lounge at Valley Ridge Golf Course. You’ll be serving a mix of golfers coming off the course, members, and local regulars—so a personable approach and great memory for names and preferences go a long way here.
This is a daytime position in a busy, fast-paced restaurant located in Valley Ridge NW. You'll be part of a collaborative front-of-house team, working together to provide efficient, friendly service to golfers, members, and local guests. While the pace can vary, expect steady traffic throughout the day, especially during lunch hours and after rounds. A team-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude are essential.
What We’re Looking For:
At least 1 year of serving experience in a restaurant, clubhouse, or similar setting
Able to manage solo sections and multitask during peak times
Naturally friendly, approachable, and guest-focused
Proserve Certified
Comfortable with both quiet shifts and lively lunch rushes
A genuine interest in building relationships with golfers and local regulars
What You’ll Do:
Greeting and serving golfers and guests before and after their rounds
Handle food and beverage orders with professionalism and attention to detail
Maintain a clean, organized dining space (indoors & patio)
Provide quick, friendly service, especially during tournament days or group outings
Make guests feel at home and ensure they leave wanting to return
