We are looking for a skilled L2 Database Support Engineer to enhance our database support team. This role involves managing and optimizing SQL Server environments, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring robust database performance and security.
Responsibilities
• Application Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of application and product features.
• Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve intricate database issues efficiently.
• Root Cause Analysis: Identify and address root causes to prevent recurring problems.
• SQL Server Architecture: Manage SQL Server components, understand database design, and interpret database objects and dependencies.
