We specialize in delegate and visitor recruitment for international conferences and exhibitions from the SAARC for various countries.
Our partner companies are in North America, Latin America, Europe, and the MENA region. We cater to various industry segments and diverse subjects, including smart cities, urban development, instrumentation and control, information communication and telecom, medical, and food processing.
We are looking for a Database Market Research - Team Leader for our office in Pune.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Database Market Researcher Team Leader to oversee and manage our database marketing research team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading research initiatives, managing data-driven marketing strategies, and ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of marketing campaigns through detailed database analysis and consumer insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of database marketing researchers to achieve research objectives and deliverables.
• Develop and implement strategies for data collection, storage, and accessibility to data sets, and analysis to support targeted marketing campaigns.
• Oversee the design, execution, and analysis of marketing research projects focused on customer databases, market trends, and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product development) to align the database with business goals.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity in database management and reporting.
• Utilize advanced statistical tools and software to analyze large datasets and extract actionable insights.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing research findings and recommendations for senior management.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns based on data-driven insights.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in database marketing and research.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
• Facilitate training and development programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in marketing research, data analysis, or database marketing, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of marketing research methodologies, database management, and data analytics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms is advantageous.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
• Good to know: statistical software and data visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, SAS, Tableau, Power BI).
· Job type: Full time - on site (work from office) permanently.
· Shift: Day shift only
· Weekly off: 4th Saturday and all Sundays
· Salary: Rs. 6 LPA to 8 LPA CTC.
