Role: Database Developer
Requirements:
• 1 to 7 years of relevant experience of Greenplum, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MS SQL database skills (SQL, PL/SQL, TSQL).
• Must have good experience in writing SQL queries, SQL performance tuning.
• Experience of ETL tools is must.
➢ Experience into SQL server 2008/2012.
• Designing databases and ensuring their stability, reliability, and performance.
• Design, create, and implement database systems based on the end user's requirements.
• Improve application's performances.
• Prepare documentations for database applications.
• Develop database objects such as schema, tables, Views, Functions, Stored Procedures,
dictionaries.
• Ensure the data quality and integrity in databases.
• Fix any issues related to database performance and provide corrective measures.
• Create complex functions, scripts, stored procedures and triggers to support application
development.
• Provide authentication and authorizations for users in SQL Server/DB level.
• Develop best practices for database design and development activities.
• Should have some experience in performance tuning, Transaction and deadlock analysis.
• Must have some experience in Index management including maintenance.
➢ Experience into PostgreSQL.
• Designing databases and ensuring their stability, reliability, and performance.
• Design, create, and implement database systems based on the end user's requirements.
• Improve application's performances.
• Prepare documentations for database applications.
• Expert Level SQL, PL/pgSQL, including stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views.
• Knowledge of JSON and PostgreSQL support for JSON.
• PostGIS proficiency and grasp of core geospatial concepts.
• Develop best practices for database design and development activities.
➢ Experience into Greenplum (good to have)
Skills & Qualifications:
• Good to have working experience in MDX queries.
• Preferable Client facing experience.
• Leadership capabilities.
• Strong logical and debugging skills.
• Good reputed college
• MUST have excellent English (verbal and written).
