1Experience in SQL DBD , DBA such as PostgreSQL , MySQL , Query tuning, performance tuning

2Hands on knowledge in DB installation and maintenance

3Hands on experience in recovery of DB

4Hands on experience on Query tuning and DB setup and connectivity

5Experience on Volume managers for disk management

6Experience in Linux/Windows platforms

7Experience on DB patch management, Timely patching as per patching schedules

8Knowledge in Backup & restoration technology on PostgreSQL

+ Knowledge in OS clustering for High Availability

10Log reviews for audit compliance and hardening/VA Tests

11Working experience on Production environment and P1/P2 issues

12Basic knowledge on shell scripting

Must-Have

• Good communication skills

• Good presentation & document skills

• DB administration with query tuning and performance improvements

• Security operations like Patching / VA / Hardening

• Backup & restoration management

Good-to-Have

Certified on any DB server administration and development
