Job Location: New Delhi
Role Overview
We are looking for a Data Science Engineer (AI) with 0–3 years of hands-on experience in building, deploying, and optimizing machine learning and AI-driven solutions. You will work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to transform data into actionable insights and scalable AI models.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models for real-world business problems
Perform data collection, cleaning, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis (EDA)
Build and optimize predictive, classification, NLP, or recommendation models
Develop data pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment
Collaborate with software engineers to productionize models (MLOps)
Monitor model performance, accuracy, drift, and scalability
Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions
Document models, methodologies, and findings for stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
0–3 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI Engineering
Strong proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn)
Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and linear algebra
Experience working with SQL and relational databases
Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Power BI, or Tableau)
Familiarity with REST APIs and model integration
Knowledge of NLP or Speech Analytics is a plus
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) is an advantage
Preferred / Nice to Have
Exposure to MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, Docker)
Experience in real-time analytics or streaming data
Knowledge of AI ethics, bias, and model explainability
Experience in contact center analytics, speech intelligence, or CX AI
