We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our team and contribute to data-driven decision-making and service improvement.
About the Role
The successful candidate will work closely with the project manager of the Service Improvement Project to leverage organisational data and provide recommendations for service improvement. They will collaborate across cross-functional teams to guide data-driven decisions, enhance service delivery, and shape the future of our data infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Leverage organisational data to inform strategic decision-making and operational improvement
Provide recommendations for service improvement and advise on potential changes to service design
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide data-driven decisions and enhance service delivery
Play a key role in shaping the future of our data infrastructure
Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, computer science, health informatics, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the healthcare sector
Experience in using clinical management software
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences
Experience with predictive modelling, machine learning, and data visualization techniques
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
