About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Real Estate Management Specialist to join our dynamic team to support our U.S. operations during night shifts from India. This role is ideal for individuals who are night owls and are passionate about real estate and property management. As a part of our team, you will play a critical role in managing various aspects of our U.S.-based real estate portfolio from a remote location in India.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage property management systems and platforms during the night shift to ensure seamless operations across our U.S. properties.
Respond to tenant inquiries, coordinate with maintenance teams, and manage emergency response strategies effectively.
Update and maintain property records and documentation in compliance with U.S. real estate regulations and company policies.
Prepare detailed reports on property performance, including occupancy rates, financial metrics, and tenant satisfaction.
Collaborate with the U.S.-based team to develop strategies for property improvement and enhanced tenant relations.
Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues promptly and maintaining high tenant satisfaction.
Requirements and skills:
Good english writing and speaking skills is must
Strong analytical and critical thinking
Good logical reasoning
Schooling from English Medium School is advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with tenants, team members, and external partners.
Job Timing: Will be from 8.00 P.M to 5.00 AM (Night)
Location: From our Office, no field work will be there.
Qualification: M.COM / BBA / MBA /Engineer)

Salary: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month + Incentives

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
