Job Description
Lead Management Associate (Work From Home)
Experience: 0–2 Year (Freshers Can Apply)
We are looking for a motivated and organized Lead Management Associate to join our team. This is a work-from-home opportunity where you will handle customer enquiries, follow up with leads, update records, and support our sales process.
Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with customer leads.
Handle enquiries via phone and WhatsApp.
Update lead details in Excel/Google Sheets.
Maintain daily follow-up and lead status reports.
Coordinate with the sales team and management.
Requirements:
Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience.
Fluent in English and Hindi (Mandatory).
Malayalam is an added advantage.
Good communication and phone handling skills.
Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
