Position Summary:
The Data Entry Specialist II will support the customer service department by managing all manifests &
profiles received. The position assists with the daily paperwork flow to maintain facility in compliance
with regulatory agencies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Complete receiving drum tickets for billing.
Check daily paperwork for discrepancies.
Call customers for discrepency reconcilation.
Hazardous manifest data entry
Mail out (manifests), unfolding, etc as needed
File general receiving and shipping documents.
Ensures all necessary manifest copies are mailed within the alotted time (30 days) of receipt.
Monitors the completion and mailing of all attached certificates of treatment/recycling.
Assist customers/co-workers with general work duties i.e. data entry of profiles, manifests,
paperwork requests, etc.
Other Functions:
Assists coworkers with general work duties, i.e: data entry of profiles, manifests, paperwork
requests, etc.
Covers for the receptionist’s duties and responsibilities as needed and assigned.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
