Data Entry, Research & Admin Intern
Location: Goregaon (West), Mumbai
Company: Cian Vision Technologies (P) Limited (CVTPL)
Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹8,000/month
Type: Internship
About Us:
CVTPL is a Business & Management Consulting firm providing strategic advisory, digital consulting, operational support, and full-service social media management. We are looking for a sharp and reliable intern to support data, research, and administrative workflows across multiple functions of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate data entry and maintain internal databases.
Conduct lead extraction from the provided data and online sources.
Research and gather missing or supplementary information.
Verify, validate, and clean data for accuracy and consistency.
Standardise data as per internal formats and guidelines.
Identify data gaps/inconsistencies and flag them proactively.
Prepare spreadsheets, basic reports, and documentation.
Follow data-handling and confidentiality protocols.
Submit daily activity updates.
Provide general admin support, including filing, scheduling assistance, basic documentation, and coordination tasks to reduce HR’s routine admin load.
Assist HR with simple operational work such as maintaining records, updating trackers, and coordinating follow-ups.
Who We’re Looking For:
Energetic, proactive, detail-oriented individual.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Strong ability to research, cross-check, and verify information.
Comfortable using online directories, databases, and research tools.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Able to follow structured workflows and work independently.
Responsible, consistent, and deadline-driven.
Fast learner; adaptable to shifting tasks.
Freshers/students welcome.
Bonus: Familiarity with CRM tools (optional).
