System Monitoring: Observing peripheral equipment, computers, and terminal screens for errors or interruptions.
Operation Control: Starting, operating, and stopping computer systems and peripheral equipment (e.g., printers, tape drives).
Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance and installing software updates.
Troubleshooting: Troubleshooting issues and troubleshooting hardware/software problems.
