Data Entry Operator

The role requires proficiency in Hindi typing, with a focus on accuracy and speed, along with familiarity with data entry processes and relevant software.

Job Duties:
Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently inputting data into computer systems, ensuring data integrity.
Typing: Typing documents, reports, and other materials in both Hindi and English.
Proofreading: Checking for errors and inconsistencies in typed documents.
Data Management: Organizing and maintaining data in a structured format.
Software Proficiency: Using relevant computer software, such as MS Office (Word, Excel).
Communication: Collaborating with team members to complete tasks.
Typing Skills: Excellent typing speed and accuracy in both Hindi and English (often specified as a minimum of 30-45 words per minute).
Language Skills: Strong command of both Hindi and English.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computers and relevant software.
Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy and precision in data entry.
Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload efficiently.
Experience: Prior experience in data entry or related roles is often preferred.
