Job Title: Back Office Executive

About the Role:

This position involves providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities.
You will be responsible for managing records, maintaining databases, and performing other tasks as assigned.
Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with colleagues and clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
Contribute to process improvements, identifying areas for optimization and implementing changes as needed.
Meet productivity standards, achieving high levels of efficiency and accuracy in all tasks.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, communications).
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
Proficient typing speed of 25-30 words per minute (WPM).
Benefits:

Competitive salary range: ₹10,000 - ₹12,000 per month (in-hand) + up to ₹7,000 in incentives.
Cab facility provided for both sides.
5 days working week, with night shifts available.
