JOB DESCRIPTION – DATA ENTRY OPERATOR
INDUSTRY: PACKAGING MANUFACTURING
LOCATION: BAGRU, JAIPUR, RAJASTHAN
SHIFT DETAILS:
ROTATIONAL SHIFT: 1 WEEK DAY SHIFT & 1 WEEK NIGHT SHIFT.
DUTY HOURS: 12-HOUR SHIFT.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
ENTER AND MAINTAIN PRODUCTION, DISPATCH, AND INVENTORY DATA IN ERP/SOFTWARE.
PREPARE DAILY REPORTS AND ENSURE ACCURATE RECORD KEEPING.
COORDINATE WITH PRODUCTION, STORE, AND ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENTS.
VERIFY DATA ACCURACY AND MAINTAIN PROPER DOCUMENTATION.
REQUIREMENTS:
GRADUATE (B.COM/BBA PREFERRED).
MINIMUM 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN DATA ENTRY, PREFERABLY IN MANUFACTURING.
GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF MS EXCEL AND ERP SYSTEMS.
GOOD TYPING SPEED WITH ACCURACY AND BASIC INVENTORY KNOWLEDGE.
