1. Data Entry: Enter, update, and verify data accurately into computer systems or databases from various sources, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of the information.

2. Typing and Documentation: Type and prepare documents, reports, and correspondence.
This may involve transcribing audio recordings, handwritten documents, or other formats into digital form.

3. Quality Control: Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or discrepancies; correct any inaccuracies and validate output.

4. Data Management: Organize and maintain electronic and paper files, ensuring that documents are properly indexed and archived for easy retrieval.

5. Database Management: Update and maintain databases by adding, modifying, or deleting information as required.
