Job Title: Data Entry Operator
Location: BKC, Mumbai
Job Summary:
KGK Group is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator with experience in the diamond industry. The candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, managing, and maintaining data related to inventory, transactions, and internal records while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update data in internal systems and databases
- Maintain records related to diamond inventory, sales, and documentation
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare reports using Advanced Excel
- Coordinate with internal teams for data validation and updates
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of records
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data formatting, reports)
- Good typing speed with high accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of inventory or product data management
