Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Diamond Jewellery Data Entry Executive.
Responsibilities:
Master Creation: Responsible for making new style masters using Gati systems.
Order Placement: Effectively place and manage orders in the Gati system.
Movement Reports: Generate and monitor movement reports from Gati for smooth workflow.
Memo Entry: Perform memo entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
Bag Material Entry: Ensure proper material entry for bags within the Gati system.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience working as a Gati operator or in a similar role within the jewelry industry.
Strong knowledge of the Gati system and related processes.
Attention to detail and ability to perform precise entries and reports.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience with jewelry manufacturing is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of jewelry making and design.
Previous experience working in a similar jewelry manufacturing company.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry or a related administrative role.
Strong knowledge of jewellery software (e.g., Gati Software) and its functionality.
Good understanding of the jewellery industry and related processes is an advantage.
Ability to handle large amounts of data with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other relevant software tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with different teams.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
