We are hiring for one of India's leading IT & consulting organizations for the position of Data Entry Operator Role.
Summary A data entry operator is a professional who converts, types, or updates information into computer systems, databases, or spreadsheets. They ensure accuracy, speed, and confidentiality while handling large volumes of data for industries like healthcare, finance, and logistics. Key tasks include data input, verification, and cleaning to maintain records.
Key Skills
• 12 years of experience in BPO or customer service (international process preferred).
• Typing Speed: 30+ WPM with High Accuracy
• Experience interacting with international customers.
• Attention to Detail (especially for Airway Bill processing)
• Any Graduate
Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions for international clients.
• Manage day-to-day process operations efficiently.
• Good typing speed (minimum 30 WPM) with high accuracy
• Ability to accurately process Airway Bills with strong attention to detail
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and process improvements.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation using MS Office tools.
• Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and operational guidelines.
• Work in rotational shifts, including weekends, as per business requirements.
• Knowledge of logistics or supply chain (preferred ).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of process/operations management.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
