Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Enter and update production, inventory, sales, and purchase data in the system.
• Verify and cross-check data for accuracy.
• Maintain and organize digital and physical records.
• Retrieve data for reporting and analysis.
• Ensure data security and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with teams to collect and verify information.
• Assist in generating reports on key business metrics.
Qualifications & Skills for 12th pass Fresher jobs in Kolkata
• Education: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary) from Kolkata can apply; certification in data entry is a plus.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and experience with ERP systems preferred.
• Experience: 1 year in Microsoft Office and data entry (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and multitask efficiently.
Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM some days in month Night shift available
