Job Description
Our client, a highly professional and fast-paced commercial organization, is looking for a meticulous Data Entry to support their back-office team. In this role, you will be responsible for migrating, updating, and maintaining critical business information within their central database. You will step straight into the workflow, working closely with the operations team to ensure all records are accurate, compliant, and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
• Input high volumes of numerical and text data from various sources into the company's CRM and database systems.
• Verify the accuracy of existing data, identifying and correcting errors or duplicate entries.
• Process and organize digital and physical documents in a timely and systematic manner.
• Run routine reports and extract data for the management team as requested.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with UK GDPR regulations regarding sensitive information.
• Assist with general administrative duties, such as filing and digital archiving, when required.
Requirements
• Proven experience in a data entry, administrative, or highly clerical role.
• Exceptional typing speed and accuracy (a typing test may be required during the interview process).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and comfort learning new database software quickly.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet daily processing deadlines.
• Solid understanding of basic data protection principles
