Utilize your advanced Excel skills to input and update lab-grown diamond data, including inventory, sales, and operational records.
Demonstrate precision and completeness in data entry, meticulously validating and cross-referencing information.
Foster close cooperation with internal units such as sales, production, and logistics to acquire data and address discrepancies.
Uphold data confidentiality and security, aligning with established company protocols and industry standards.
Prepare comprehensive reports and summaries based on entered data, facilitating informed decision-making.
Engage in data cleansing and quality enhancement initiatives to elevate database precision.
Identify potential data disparities or anomalies, promptly notifying relevant teams for resolution.
Drive process enhancements and recommend inventive approaches to optimize data management efficiency.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, supplemented by advanced proficiency in Excel; certifications in data management are advantageous.
Demonstrated experience in data entry or similar roles, showcasing meticulous attention to detail and data accuracy.
Proficiency in database systems, coupled with adeptness in data entry software and tools.
Exceptional organizational skills, adept time management, and a flair for both autonomous and collaborative work.
