Key Responsibilities
• Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems.
• Perform routine back-office operations including document verification, record keeping, and file management.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and confidentiality at all times.
• Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as required.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Identify and escalate discrepancies or issues to the supervisor.
• Support other administrative tasks as needed to ensure seamless business operations.
