Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly accurate and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into various computer systems and databases.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately and efficiently enter data into various systems, including but not limited to:
• Spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets)
• Databases
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Basic accounting software
• Review data for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and resolve basic data entry errors.
• Maintain data confidentiality and security.
• Assist with basic data cleaning tasks.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong typing skills with good accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
