Role Description The Data Entry Clerk is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role involves accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company systems and databases, with a focus on media and broadcasting-related information. The Data Entry Clerk will review source documents for completeness, correct data discrepancies, and ensure timely processing of records. Daily tasks include organizing files, performing routine data quality checks, generating basic reports, and collaborating with team members and supervisors to support operational needs. The role may also involve handling simple administrative tasks and responding to internal inquiries related to data and documentation.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy.
Candidates should possess solid Computer Literacy, including familiarity with spreadsheets, databases, and office software.
Candidates should possess abilities in Administrative Assistance to manage records, documentation, and routine office tasks.
Candidates should possess clear Communication skills for collaborating with team members and reporting issues.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills for handling internal or external data-related requests professionally.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data handling.
Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India and manage tasks in a fast-paced media environment.
Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles; experience in media or broadcasting is an advantage.
