Full job description
Data Entry Clerk needed for small office in Tustin in the Mortgage Banking Industry. Responsible for entering information from a variety of sources and legal documents into a database. Duties to also include proofreading documents for accuracy. Must meet standards for production volume, accuracy and completeness. Hours are Mon-Fri 8 am to 5pm.
Job Requirements:
1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Requires strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills both written and oral
- Ability to work well under various stressful and time sensitive situations
- Excellent data entry skills
- Ability to listen and comprehend directions
- Good phone and customer service skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Work Location: In person
