Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator with strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP) and experience in managing e-commerce product listings. The ideal candidate should be efficient, accurate, and comfortable working with large datasets.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform accurate data entry and maintain databases
Use Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables for data management
Upload and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify)
Update product descriptions, pricing, and inventory details
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms
Coordinate with internal teams for product information and updates
Generate reports and maintain records
Required Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, formulas, basic data analysis)
Experience with e-commerce listing platforms
Good typing speed and accuracy
Basic understanding of product cataloging
Strong attention to detail
Good communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any field
Experience in handling bulk product uploads
Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, CSV handling
