We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry - Accounting Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day data entry functions in Excel and QuickBooks and provides administrative support within the accounting department.
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records and assist with bookkeeping tasks
Perform data entry and filing of financial documents
Maintain organized documentation for audits and compliance purposes
Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Office for various accounting functions
Skills
Experience in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is preferred
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Experience in clerical or administrative roles is preferred
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently
