Our team is passionate, driven, and on a mission to make a meaningful difference – and we're looking for a talented, motivated, and experienced Senior AI Platform Engineer to join us.
• Key Responsibilities
• ML Pipeline Development: Design, build, and maintain robust pipelines for processing image and video data, running ML model inferences, and serving results efficiently.
• AI/ML Infrastructure: Architect, implement, and manage scalable and reliable infrastructure for data storage, model deployment (CI/CD), and inference serving on cloud platforms (GCP/AWS).
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with frontend and product teams to design and implement backend services and APIs that power responsive, data-driven UI experiences.
• Backend Support: Manage databases, implement background task processing and access control.
• System Operations: Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems; manage secrets securely; ensure system scalability and stability through automated deployments and rollbacks.
• Mentorship & Best Practices: Help establish and advocate for MLOps/Platform best practices within the team.
• Requirements
• 5+ years of proven experience in MLOps, AI/ML Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, or a related Backend Engineering role.
• Strong programming skills, particularly in Python, and deep experience with ML frameworks.
• Extensive hands-on experience with CI/CD practices, containerization (e.g., Docker), and cloud platforms (GCP/AWS).
• Proven experience designing and managing data storage solutions (databases, cloud storage) and messaging/queuing systems in production.
• Solid understanding and application of software engineering best practices (testing, version control, etc.).
• Demonstrable experience building, deploying, and maintaining scalable, production-grade systems.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, own projects end-to-end, and drive them to completion in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
• Proficiency in English.
• Nice to Have
• Experience with high-availability systems and real-time data processing.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
• Mild familiarity with Go (Golang) and/or JavaScript (JS).
• Experience scaling systems and processes within a startup environment, ideally seeing growth from Seed or Series A stages.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Data Analytics and Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer with strong experience in Databricks to join our data team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines, dashboards, and analytics solutions that drive business insights and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement robust data pipelines using Databricks, Apache Spark, and Delta Lake.
• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT workflows to ingest, transform, and store large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
• Build and optimize data models and data marts to support self-service BI and advanced analytics.
• Create interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across all analytics solutions.
• Monitor and improve the performance of data pipelines and BI tools.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in data engineering and analytics.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or BI development.
• Strong proficiency in Databricks, Apache Spark, and SQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Proficiency in Python or Scala for data processing.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and data lakes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Databricks certification (e.g., Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate/Professional).
• Experience with MLflow, Delta Live Tables, or Unity Catalog.
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance standards.
