Role And Responsibilities
As a Data Analyst Trainee at Prometrics Solutions, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets identifying trends, and providing valuable insights to internal and external stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Analyzing complex datasets using statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends for diagnosis and prediction.
• Evaluating local, national, and global trends impacting the organization and the None industry.
• Collaborating with developers and management to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies.
• Transforming data into visually appealing charts, tables, and graphics to effectively communicate insights.
• Applying critical thinking skills to manage daily tasks and prioritize goals.
• Preparing comprehensive analysis reports, enabling informed decision-making based on factual trends.
• Developing interactive visualizations, dashboards, and reports to present data in an easily understandable format.
Candidate Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Certification as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
• Minimum of 0-1 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and other data analytical tools.
• Strong data quality and metadata management skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
